I Need a Tri-pod Like America Needs Jeb Bush

I cannot say much about this photo, other than it was taken prior to 1990. Furthermore, I cannot say much about the title of this blog entry, other than with a tri-pod the past would have been in better focus. All that said, I'm liking the blurring and its effect on the scene.
